    The Columbia Boys' Fusion Exact Jacket protects your son from the cold and wind, but not from spectacularly dirty looks when he "forgets" to turn while screaming down a double-black, triple-steep, ice-coated run. Whether your boy tries the fusion approach to being one with the snow, or prefers a more leisurely approach to winter, the Fusion Exact jacket won't break down under the pressure of being your son's guardian against winter. The ripstop nylon face fabric resists abrasion from jutting twigs and incidental rubbing against brick walls and concrete columns. No fabric would look good after your little Einstein tries being a human sled, down the driveway. The Omni-Shield treatment on the fabric resists stains and rain; it's just too bad you can't coat your son with Omni-Shield. Warm Farehnot insulation helps him stay warmer, so he stays outside longer, and as such, the quiet inside lasts longer. A taffeta lining slides easily over baselayers when getting for a day on the hill or the busstop. An attached hood protects his head from wind and a slight drizzle, but only if the hood covers his head. Zippered hand pockets give you a safe place to stow his gloves, emergency money, or a house key. Adjustable cuff tabs let you seal out snow and wind, if he still lets you help.

  • How much is shipping?

    Single item shipping costs are listed on each product page. For orders containing multiple items the shipping cost can be determined using the shipping calculator located at the bottom of the shopping cart. All orders are shipped at the discretion of Galactic Snow Sports. 


    How long does it take for my order to ship?

    Most orders are processed within 3 business days after they are submitted. Business days do not include weekends and major holidays. Additional services such as tune-ups will add an additional 1-2 business days of processing time.


    How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    Transit time will vary depending on your location and your selected shipping method. Once your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. You can then track your package to get the most accurate estimated delivery date. The map below shows the estimated time for your order to be delivered after your order is placed using ground shipping.


    Can I have my order shipped express?

    We do offer express shipping methods for 2 day and next day delivery services. You can select from these options on the checkout page. Orders placed using an express shipping method before 1 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed using an express shipping method during the weekend or on a holiday will be shipped the next business day.


    Does Galactic Snow Sports offer international shipping?

    We currently offer international shipping to Canada only. International orders are not eligible for free shipping promotions. For ALL international shipments please be aware that there are local duties, taxes, and brokerage on your purchase. These are not fees charged by Galactic Snow Sports therefore we are unable to provide an amount prior to purchase. It is suggested that you check with your local international shipping fulfillment companies for an estimate.


    Do you have a store that I can shop or pickup orders at?

    Unfortunately we do not have a retail store and do not offer local pickup. All orders must be placed via our website and will be shipped from our warehouse location to you.

    What do I do if my package was damaged, lost, or stolen?

    These are not common occurrences but they do happen. In the event that a package is damaged in transit, lost, or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible. We will notify the shipping company and they will let us know how to proceed.
