What is your return policy?

Items can be returned within 10 calendar days of the date the order was delivered. Please contact us within this time frame to obtain a return authorization number. Do not send any items back before obtaining a return authorization number. Tune up services and shipping costs are non-refundable and we do not cover any return shipping costs. Any merchandise returned to Galactic Snow sports without a return authorization number will not be opened or processed. Galactic Snow sports is not responsible for any unauthorized return packages.

How long do I have to return my item?

All returns must be received by GalacticSnowSports within 15 days of your RMA number being issued.

Is there a fee deducted from returns?

Orders that utilized the free ground shipping promotion and are returned to us will have A $20.00 fee deducted from the refunded amount in order to mitigate the actual shipping costs. Returns received after their 15 day return window may have a 25% fee deducted.

Can I return or exchange items with "D" condition ratings?

Any items that have a "D" condition rating carry a strict no return policy. We are unable to offer any returns or exchanges on these items.

Does Galactic Snow Sports pay for return shipping?

We do not cover any return shipping costs, even if the original item or order was shipped to you for free. You will be responsible for any costs associated with properly packaging and shipping your returns back to Galactic Snow Sports. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

How long will it take for me to get my refund?

Most returns are processed within 3 business days of arriving. After your return is processed it can take 3-5 business days to appear on your account. This varies from one financial establishment to another.

What shipping company should I use to ship my return back to you?

You can use any carrier you prefer but we do suggest choosing a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance.

Can I return just a part of my order?

Yes, you can return just a part of an order. In the event that an item(s) is returned for a refund and the minimum requirements for a coupon or discount to be valid are no longer fulfilled, all other items and charges on the order will be reverted to their regular non-discounted amounts. This includes items being returned that would result in an order no longer meeting the minimum amount required for a discount or promotion as well as any items being returned that would make a package deal incomplete. In this situation the difference of the discounted item cost and regular retail price of the items or services will be deducted from the returned items refund amount.
