Our return policy lasts 10 calendar days. If 10 calendar days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and/or in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if applicable. All returned items are subject to a 15% or $15.00 (whichever is more) restocking fee.
To complete your return, we require you to request a return authorization number from us.
Please do not send any items back to us without obtaining a return authorization number first. Any packages sent back to us without a return authorization number on the outside of the box will not be accepted or opened. GalacticSnowSports.com is not liable for any packages sent back to us without a return authorization number.
Some items that are for sale on our website are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This includes items with a condition rating of "D" and any items that specifically state they are not eligible for returns in their product description.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund may be granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is received more than 15 days after your return authorization number is issued.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received it will be inspected and processed. We will also notify you once your refund has been completed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This usually takes 3-5 business days to appear on your account. This may take slightly less or slightly more time depending on the financial institution.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com and include your order number and return authorization number.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Due to the high volume of customers we have during the peak season we do not offer exchanges. If you purchased an item and it does not fit or you need a different size it is faster and easier to send the item back to us for a refund and place a new order for the correct size. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us to obtain initiate a return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For all items being returned we strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service. Depending on the value if your item you may also want to purchase shipping insurance. Once your drop your return off with your chosen shipping carrier they are responsible for delivering it to use safely, so having tracking information and insurance is advised in the event of loss or damage.
