Colors for the snowboard and boots in the package vary depending on size. Please see the product image for the corresponding colors on the snowboard. Boots are black with a random color accent of yellow, orange, red, or blue.
There is no need to choose binding size, we will send the appropriate size binding based upon the size of boot that is selected.
Designed specifically for the needs of the beginner-intermediate level snowboarder, the 550 RC Boa is a lightweight, comfortable, easy to tighten boot with an integrated liner. It focuses on providing riders with a warm, comfortable ride in a boot that they can easily slip in and out of thanks to the single BOA dial system. The easier and more comfortable their first experience of snowboarding is, the more likely they are to stick with it; that's what the BOA system is all about. Boot color accents vary depending on size and will either be red, orange, yellow, or blue.

Boa Lacing System: LACE UP: Push the knob in and turn for an effortless tightening and a comfortable fit. UNLACE: Just pull the knob to pop and unlock. The Dynamic Closure system is a replaceable miniature high tensile stainless steel cable that runs through the lace guides with minimal friction for perfect pressure distribution and a micro-adjusting fit.
Arch-Aid Lite Sole: The Lite is a lightweight EVA rubber sole that offers maximum grip in all snow conditions.
Thermo Insole: Our Thermo Insole is made from lightweight, yet super supportive EVA foam that provides great vibration dampening and comfort. The result is your feet will thank you for keeping them warm and cozy
There are a lot of factors that can influence your ideal snowboard length. Getting on the right size snowboard is an important part of being comfortable and enjoying your time on the slopes. Using your height is a good starting point and taking things into consideration like weight, ability level, terrain, and even your personal style of riding will help to narrow down your size range. For most people their starting point will land somewhere between their chin and nose. Remember, these are just guidelines, not rules. If you have a preferred size that you are comfortable on you can certainly go with that.

We offer free ground shipping on domestic orders over $500.00. For any order less than $500.00 shipping is charged on a per item basis. The cost can be calculated during checkout. All orders that qualify for free shipping are shipped at the discretion of Galactic Snow Sports. Larger orders that are deemed a bulk order will NOT be eligible for free ground shipping.
Most orders are processed within 3 business days after they are submitted. Business days do not include weekends and major holidays. Additional services such as tune-ups will add an additional 1-2 business days of processing time.
Transit time will vary depending on your location and your selected shipping method. Once your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. You can then track your package to get the most accurate estimated delivery date. The map below shows the estimated time for your order to be delivered after your order is placed using ground shipping.
We do offer express shipping methods for 2 day and next day delivery services. You can select from these options on the checkout page. Orders placed using an express shipping method before 3 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed using an express shipping method during the weekend or on a holiday will be shipped the next business day.
We currently offer international shipping to Canada only. International orders are not eligible for free shipping promotions. For ALL international shipments please be aware that there are local duties, taxes, and brokerage on your purchase. These are not fees charged by Galactic Snow Sports therefore we are unable to provide an amount prior to purchase. It is suggested that you check with your local international shipping fulfillment companies for an estimate.
Unfortunately we do not have a retail store and do not offer local pickup. All orders must be placed via our website and will be shipped from our warehouse location to you.
These are not common occurrences but they do happen. In the event that a package is damaged in transit, lost, or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible. We will notify the shipping company and they will let us know how to proceed.
New - A brand new item that has never been used on the slopes. Manufacturers packaging may be damaged or not included. New items may have been used as display units or are past seasons closeout items. They may have slight cosmetic damage including minor scratches, scuffs, or dust from being stored in a warehouse setting.
Used - All used products have been used in a rental or demo fleet. Please use the rating scale and example images below for a reference of what condition our used skis and snowboards will be in. Used items such as boots, snowboard bindings, poles, or helmets do not have individual condition ratings as they will all show different levels of cosmetic wear and tear. All used items that do not have individual ratings will have signs of use such as scratches, scuffs, scrapes, and wear from normal use. This will not effect the performance of the product. All used items without an individual condition rating will be fully functional unless otherwise specified.
AA - “AA” rated gear will show little to no cosmetic wear. This is the closest you can get to new without actually being new.
A - “A” rated gear will show minor cosmetic wear. This gear has had limited use on the slopes.
B – “B” rated gear will show moderate cosmetic wear. This gear has had moderate use on the slopes over multiple seasons.
C – “C” rated gear will show substantial cosmetic wear. This gear has had heavy use one the slopes over multiple seasons. May be missing non-essential parts like tip protectors or top sheet adornments.
