Galactic Trade-In Program
This program was designed by our team at GalacticSnowSports.com to reduce waste, and reuse skis and snowboards that are in working condition. Whether you have grown out of your current model, or if you are just ready for an upgrade, we are here for you.

in store credit (Galactic Reward Points) if returned to us within a year of the purchase date. |

in store credit (Galactic Reward Points) if returned to us 1-5 years after the purchase date. |

The Process
- Email us at sales@galacticsnowsports.com and provide us with the order number and the item you want to trade in.
- Our returns department will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further instructions for you to return the skis/board to our facility.
- Ship the skis/board back to us in a secure well packed box.
- Once the skis/board arrive back to our facility our returns department will process the return and issue the appropriate amount in store credit.
