Overall Condition
NEW
Brand new, never used, manufacturer's warranty still applies if specified. May not include original box/packaging. May have VERY minor scratches (cosmetic damages from storage).
GREAT
Shows visible traces of use. Will have nicks and scratches. It is clearly a used item.
GOOD
Has been frequently used. Does NOT retain any of the "new look." Clearly shows frequent use and will have chips, nicks, dings all over the place. With possible damage to top sheet.
FAIR
Heavily used, extremely worn and will have very bad cosmetic damage. Low price will reflect the signs of use.
POOR
Will be in horrible shape OR has a major damage area that will need repair. May be an item being sold for decoration. Read ad very closely for problem!

Traces of use for sure. Scratches, light nicks and burrs on the edges for sure. Product could still use to be taken to a shop and given a once over on a Grinder Belt or Stone. Base will have plenty of life on it to be tuned time and time again.

At least one season of wear evident. Scratches, heavier nicks and burrs are very evident on the edges. Needs a good tune up at a shop for sure to make great. Performance will be hindered slightly but very usable for sure.
