The Edge uses an asymmetrical bottom contour pushed slightly closer to the heel side edge to make it easy to find your sweet spot for upwind mastery. All of our kites/kiteboards (including new ones) could be returned in 30 days. Restocking fee of 15% is being applied and S&H charges are being subtracted. The kite/board should not be damaged in any way. A return authorization number (RA Number) must be obtained prior to any customer sending back an item for a refund (less original S&H charges and restocking fee). DO NOT RETURN ITEMS TO US WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST! Our shipping carrier requests that damaged items be picked up from the receiver. If you need to return an item, email us. Be sure to put 'RA Number' in the subject line of your email. We will respond with all the information necessary to return your item.
