Matt Cummins' All Mountain Fantasy Terrain Destroyer!
Matt Cummins has the longest running pro model in snowboard history. He has been designing boards with us for over 20 years. This year we cut him loose again on his latest dream board and he came up with an aggressive all terrain C1 freestyle, freeride board he calls the La Niña. The La Niña is a directional shape banana in the front, rocker between your feet and camber (C1) in the back design with Magne-Traction. Matt rides a lot of resort accessible steep pow terrain and the often brutal, to the point of comedy, terrain necessary to get in and out of the pow stashes… and then hits every jib or cat track hit on the way back to the lift. He loves the banana float in the front and suspension and power of camber (C1) in the rear. Fantasy terrain techno quiver killer. Ryan Davis did the art and worked with Matt on the personal photo collage.

C1-Banana (C1BTX) is rocker between your feet with flat-to-mild camber from the front foot to nose contact, blended with camber from the back foot to the rear contact area. This focuses pressure between your feet for easy turns and great edge hold. A mild amount of pressure to the tip provides unreal catch-free float and shifts the max amount of pressure to the tail. All this accounts for superior power, stability, pop and control. Tips float effortlessly in pow. Directional shapes focused on riding forward into the future. Great for Traditionalists with an edge.

H-Pop Camel Core:
Wood Alloy Core. Experimental new dead tree with the highest compression response ever used in a snowboard. It has half the glue weight and absorbs less resin weight. Another industry first for Lib Tech.

TnT Base Material:
Fast and low maintenance dual layered fluoro base material. Wax it or maybe skip a day. Use Oneballjay snowboard wax.

Correct Sandwich:
SUPER LIGHT SPIN WEIGHT! The perfect blend of pickles and mustard. UHMW sidewalls, Power Transfer Internal Sidewalls, torsionally loose. The new kids think they are new!

Power Transfer Internal Sidewalls:
The same futuristic power 90º pop technology from our world record setting skateboards and power transfer spines only this time we have placed it along the sidewall of your board to add board control to our sandwich construction. Stronger, more pop, and more control brought to you by our Woodshop!

Magne-Traction serrated edges cut into the snow like a knife giving you more edge hold and control than ever before. Magne-Traction features 7 strategically located and sized bumps along each side of your sidecut. The Biggest bumps are at and between your feet where your balance is centered adding maximum control and power where you need it most. The bumps outside your feet are smaller and less aggressive providing tip and tail control but maintaining freestyle freedom. Magne-Traction is wiggles that work. Viva Technology.

MAGNE-TRACTION FREESTYLE ADVANTAGE:
One of the best things about Magne-Traction is that the extra edge hold you get allows you to ride your board de-tuned for the park and rails and still get great edge hold all over the mountain. Take a file and round your edges so they don’t hang up on the rails, boxes, or ledges. Then go ride everywhere!
